Our flexible benefits scheme means our employees can choose the benefits they want – from pension top-ups to health care and restaurant discount cards. Most of our benefits also operate via salary sacrifice so you can save tax and/or National Insurance in the process. We also offer up to 26 days holiday a year, plus two extra days for volunteering and a day off for your birthday.

Our award winning, industry-leading family leave policy offers full paid maternity leave as well as 12 weeks paid partner / paternity leave. We also offer enhanced shared parental and adoption leave, including matched maternity pay. We provide our employees with two weeks bereavement leave and flexible carers’ leave too.
