‘Offer an Interview’ scheme‘

The ‘Offer an interview’ scheme is a commitment made by employers to offer all disabled applicants who meet the essential criteria for a role an interview. All advertised roles will state whether the scheme applies to that role.

Would you like your application to be considered under our ‘Offer an Interview’ scheme? If so, please state this in your cover letter/tick the box on the application form.

*Please note this may not apply to all roles. Some roles where we expect a high volume of applicants (for example, our trainee programme) may be excluded from this scheme. In this instance, we will select candidates who best meet the maximum criteria.
