Our national fit-out and refurbishment business has completed the £4m refurb which includes new administration office space, meeting rooms and an automated dispensing system as well as the formation of a new shell for the hospital radio.
Work commenced in 2020 during Covid-19 restrictions when Wates Smartspace was appointed by Hampshire Hospitals Foundation NHS Trust to deliver the fit-out works.
The project was procured via the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Construction and Associated Services Agreement, which is designed for the use of all public sector bodies to commission the construction and maintenance of schools, hospitals, universities, prisons, housing and offices.
